Thank God! This is the same issue I have been having. Usually it happens when I have several windows open and am writing an eve mail or applying to a corp. Everything freezes and I lose my windows for quite a while.

Hi all. I am a new player and for the last 2 days every time I try to send an email in game, or apply to a corp, all the open dialogue boxes disappear followed by unbearable lag. The only way I can stop this is to tab to my desktop and back again....
